Our Return Policy - In store
You may return any item within 10 days of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We cannot accept returns on special orders and custom orders. You will be informed at the time of your purchase if an item is not returnable.
In-store returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Store credit only will be issued for in-store purchases.

If you wish to make a return of an online purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone us toll free at 866-518-9496 for a Return Authorization number.
You may return any item within 10 days of receipt. Original receipt should accompany the item. Item should be returned in its original packaging.
You will receive a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. You will be credited for the price of the item less our original shipping charges to you along with a 10% restocking fee. If you received free shipping, we will deduct our cost to originally ship to you. We will not accept items that have been damaged, altered, or worn. Items Damaged in Shipment
If your package appears damaged, please call us at 866-518-9496 so we can arrange to have the carrier pick up and inspect. Please keep all of the original packing intact.
